David Tachi

David Tachi’s interest in health and fitness began at a young age in Miami, Florida with his own desire to excel in athletics at Gulliver Preparatory. His interest grew as he later moved to the Palm Beach area and graduated from The Benjamin School. By then his interest had turned into a career goal, later graduating from Florida State University and the Fitness Institute International. Since then, David has used his background and natural ability to educate, motivate and instruct his clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. 


Besides the obvious fat loss and/or muscle gain which will occur during a program, David is concerned with the overall health of the individual. Therefore, he implements functional training into the fitness training program as much as possible with his clients. The primary goal of functional training is injury prevention. Strengthening the joints and the core musculature is vital to developing balance and stability, which in turn helps prevent injury during exercise, work, sports, and everyday activity. David teaches different, challenging, and fun body movement exercises that shape the body in a healthier, more realistic “functional” format. 


Whether your goal is to look better, feel better, address health issues, or improve on a sport, he wants to help you reach that goal! David trains the movement of the body as well as the muscles, and therefore, he creates a truly physically fit person out of you.

Holly mandich

 Holly is a certified personal trainer and a registered nurse on a mother/baby unit. After being in the healthcare field for years while incorporating fitness into her lifestyle, she has decided to help others achieve their fitness goals. She has a firm understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and how that plays into her clients’ goals. 

 

She has a passion for helping prenatal and postnatal moms reach their fitness goals and to live a healthy lifestyle.
