For instance, Ideal Personal Training also provides Nutritional Counseling by your own personal Life Coach. Depending on the package you select you may even receive free massage Therapy sessions from a certified Massage Therapists. All this is included in affordable programs designed to help you become as fit as you want to be.

At Ideal Personal Training, we understand the value of setting goals. We also know that when our clients seek to train, the goals vary from person to person. Some train to lose weight, others to gain endurance. Still others train for the enjoyment of taking control of their health and well-being. We don’t offer a one size fits all approach. No matter what your fitness goals are, our trainers work with you to establish a program that will be a personal fit for you. Our trainers will customize a fitness program specifically for your needs.

 

 

However there is a lot more to a training program then knowing what to do. Also needed is a clear direction on how to perform the exercises in a way that will prevent injury and lead to the desired results in the shortest amount of time. That’s yet another area where our trainers are experts. With certifications like ACE (American Council on Exercise); ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine); ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association); and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), our trainers will ensure that you are training safely, properly and effectively.

 

 

The energy is high when you begin a fitness program. The key is in keeping that motivation at a level that sustains you when barriers start to surface. The commitments of everyday life, work, family, and social life can often derail even the most motivated exerciser. As you progress, your trainer will adjust your program to help you achieve continued success and maximum results. They know where you are, where you want to be and how to chart a course that will minimize the distance between the two.

 

 

In addition to working with our qualified personal trainers, there are other ways to supplement your exercise regimen:

 

 

GET MOVING – Make all the small changes daily to increase your activity level, including parking farther away from your destination or taking the stairs instead of the elevator

 

FIT IT IN – If you’re pressed for time break up your activity sessions into more manageable chunks. For example, take four 5-minute “mini” walks each day or get up 10 minutes early and do some simple stretches

 

WALK IT OFF – Start out with three 20 minute walks each week. As you gain more energy, increase the intensity of your walking.
